Ingredients

  • 2 oz mezcal
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • ½ oz lavender syrup
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Optional garnish: fresh blueberries or lavender sprig

Instructions

  • In a shaker, muddle blueberries until they release their juices.
  • Add mezcal, cointreau, lime juice, and lavender syrup to the shaker.
  • Fill with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
  • Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  • Add a few whole blueberries or a sprig of lavender for a fragrant touch.
