Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup cooled hot chocolate
  • 1.5 oz caramel vodka
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce plus extra for garnish
  • ½ cup whipped topping
  • 2 tbsp chopped Rolos
  • 2 tbsp caramel chips

Instructions

  • Combine the ice, cooled hot chocolate, caramel vodka, and caramel sauce in a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and thick.
  • Pour the mixture into a hurricane glass.
  • Add a generous swirl of whipped topping.
  • Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle chopped Rolos and caramel chips on top.

Pro Tips

  • Make your hot chocolate ahead of time and allow it to chill completely before blending for best results.
  • Use store-bought or homemade caramel sauce thicker sauces create a richer flavor.
  • Freeze the Rolos before chopping to keep them from sticking to your knife.
