Celebrate the 4th of July with a refreshing Bourbon Strawberry Iced Tea. Make this festive cocktail today.
Ingredients
- 2 strawberries sliced into quarters
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 2 ounces bourbon
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- Unsweetened iced tea to top
- blueberries, strawberries and mint sprig Garnish
Instructions
Muddle Strawberries:
- In a shaker, muddle the sliced strawberries until they are well crushed and juicy.
Add Ingredients:
- Add the lemon juice, bourbon, and rich simple syrup to the shaker.
Shake:
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Strain:
- Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.
Top with Iced Tea:
- Top off the drink with unsweetened iced tea.
Garnish:
- Garnish with a few blueberries, a strawberry slice, and a mint sprig.
