Ingredients

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz Kahlúa or coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz caramel syrup
  • 2 oz chilled espresso
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • Optional garnish: whipped cream caramel drizzle, ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Shake: Add vanilla vodka, Kahlúa, caramel syrup, espresso, and heavy cream to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled and frothy.
  • Strain: Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
  • Garnish: Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel, and a light dusting of cinnamon if desired.
