Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces blanco tequila
  • 2 ounces cold brew coffee
  • 1/2 ounce heavy cream or coconut cream for a non-dairy option
  • 1/2 ounce crème de cacao
  • 1/2 ounce waffle cone syrup vanilla, cinnamon, almond
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Chocolate syrup and crushed peanuts for the rim
  • Optional garnish: a drizzle of chocolate

Instructions

Prepare the Glass:

  • Dip the rim of a martini glass first into chocolate syrup, then into crushed peanuts to coat the edge. Set aside.

Combine Ingredients:

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the blanco tequila, cold brew coffee, heavy cream (or coconut cream), crème de cacao, and waffle cone syrup.
  • Add a pinch of sea salt.
  • Fill the shaker with ice, securing the lid on tightly.

Shake:

  • Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds, allowing the mixture to chill and the flavors to meld together.

Serve:

  • Strain the cocktail into the prepared martini glass.
  • For an extra touch of decadence, optionally drizzle chocolate over the top.
