Cinnamon Roll Espresso Martini

Ingredients

Cinnamon Roll Syrup:

  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla
  • Put everything in a medium pot and bring to a light boil. Then turn down the heat and let simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Take off heat and let cool, then strain into. a container and keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.

Instructions

  • Add vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur, cinnamon cream liqueur, and cinnamon roll simple syrup,
  • Add ice and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds
  • Strain into a coupe glass.
  • Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon powder on top, and three espresso beans
