- 2 ounces tequila preferably silver
- 1 ounce Aperol
- 1 ounce lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 ounce coconut milk
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup adjust sweetness to taste
- Lime wheel or shredded coconut for garnish
Prepare the Glass:
Rim a margarita glass with lime juice and dip it into shredded coconut if available, or just use salt if you prefer a classic touch.
Place the glass in the freezer to chill while you mix the drink.
Mix the Cocktail:
In a shaker, combine the tequila, Aperol, lime juice, coconut milk, and simple syrup.
Fill the shaker with ice, covering the liquid.
