Coconut Blackberry Mojito

- 1.5 oz white rum
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 2 oz coconut cream
- 5 mint leaves
- 5 blackberries
- Soda water for topping
- Mint sprigs for garnish
- Lime wheels for garnish
- Zest of lime for rimming
- 2 tbsp sugar for rimming
- Pinch of kosher salt for rimming
Mix lime zest, sugar, and kosher salt on a plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip it in the mixture. Fill the glass with ice.
In a shaker, muddle mint leaves and blackberries.
Add white rum, lime juice, coconut cream, and ice. Shake until chilled.
Strain into the prepared glass.
Top with soda water and stir gently.
Garnish with mint, a blackberry, and a lime wheel.
