2 oz vodka
1 oz cream of coconut
1 oz lime juice
1 oz triple sec
Sparkling water to top
Lime wedge for garnish
Shaved coconut for garnish

Instructions

Add vodka, cream of coconut, lime juice, and triple sec to a shaker with ice.
Shake well for about 10–12 seconds to chill and mix thoroughly.
Strain into a glass filled with ice.
Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
Garnish with lime wedges and a sprinkle of shaved coconut on top.

Shake the cream of coconut container before measuring; it can separate in storage.
