  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz cream of coconut
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • Sparkling water to top
  • Lime wedge for garnish
  • Shaved coconut for garnish

Instructions

  • Add vodka, cream of coconut, lime juice, and triple sec to a shaker with ice.
  • Shake well for about 10–12 seconds to chill and mix thoroughly.
  • Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  • Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  • Garnish with lime wedges and a sprinkle of shaved coconut on top.
