  • Build in Glass: Fill a tall glass with crushed ice. Add dark rum, lime juice, orange juice, and simple syrup.
  • Swizzle: Insert a swizzle stick or long bar spoon into the glass and rub between your palms to mix and chill the drink thoroughly.
  • Top & Bitters: Add more crushed ice if needed, then dash Angostura bitters over the top.
  • Garnish: Finish with a fresh mint sprig and an orange wheel.
