Ingredients
- 2 oz dark rum
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz orange juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Garnish: mint sprig and orange wheel
Instructions
- Build in Glass: Fill a tall glass with crushed ice. Add dark rum, lime juice, orange juice, and simple syrup.
- Swizzle: Insert a swizzle stick or long bar spoon into the glass and rub between your palms to mix and chill the drink thoroughly.
- Top & Bitters: Add more crushed ice if needed, then dash Angostura bitters over the top.
- Garnish: Finish with a fresh mint sprig and an orange wheel.
