Equipment

  • ¾ oz dragon fruit purée
  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 3 oz prosecco
  • 1 oz sparkling water
  • Garnish: orange wheel and edible flowers

Instructions

  • Fill a wine glass with ice.
  • Add dragon fruit purée and Aperol.
  • Pour in prosecco, then top with sparkling water.
  • Stir gently to mix.
  • Garnish with an orange wheel and edible flowers.

Pro Tips

  • Use chilled prosecco and sparkling water to keep the drink crisp.
  • If your purée is thick, stir well before pouring to help it blend smoothly.
  • You can use fresh or frozen dragon fruit for the purée just blend and strain if needed.
