Grab a shaker tin and add the pineapple-orange juice, coconut rum, spiced rum, banana liqueur, lime juice, and bitters to a shaker. Add ice and shake until well chilled (10-12 seconds).
Add fresh ice to the chilled glass and strain the cocktail over it.
Add a splash of maraschino cherry juice, adjusting to taste.
Garnish with a light sprinkle of ground nutmeg, a maraschino cherry, and a pineapple wedge. Pull two pineapple leaves from the top of the pineapple and place them in the glass for an extra garnish.
