Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 fig slice
  • 1 oz fig vodka
  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur
  • Prosecco to top
  • Sparkling water to top

Instructions

  • Add a fig slice to a wine glass, then pour in the vodka and elderflower liqueur.
  • Fill the glass about halfway with ice.
  • Top it off with Prosecco, leaving just a little space.
  • Add a splash of sparkling water for some extra fizz.
  • Give it a gentle stir to mix everything together.
  • Serve and enjoy your Fig Spritz.
