Ingredients

2 oz coconut rum
2 oz coconut cream
1 oz coconut milk
¼ cup pineapple chunks
1 oz Frangelico
½ cup ice
Garnish: coconut shavings

Instructions

Add coconut rum, coconut cream, coconut milk, pineapple chunks, Frangelico, and ice to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a chilled glass.
Garnish with a sprinkle of coconut shavings.

Use frozen pineapple to enhance texture and reduce dilution.
