  • 1.5 oz silver tequila
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz blue curaçao
  • Black and white margarita salt optional, for rimming the glass

Instructions

  • Lightly dampen the rim of your margarita glass with a lime wedge or a bit of water. Dip the rim into a mixture of black and white margarita salt to coat it evenly.
  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add silver tequila, lime juice, pineapple juice, and blue curaçao.
  • Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously until all the ingredients are well combined and chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into your prepared margarita glass.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your Franken-Rita!
