Ingredients

  • cups frozen cantaloupe chunks
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 oz orange liqueur
  • 2 oz silver tequila
  • 0.5 oz agave nectar
  • cup ice
  • Lime wedge cantaloupe balls and mint for garnish

Instructions

  • Add frozen cantaloupe, lime juice, orange liqueur, tequila, agave nectar, and ice to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and slushy.
  • Rim your glass with lime juice and dip in Tajín or salt.
  • Pour into the prepared glass.
  • Garnish with lime wedge, cantaloupe balls and mint.

  • Freeze fresh cantaloupe chunks in advance—make sure they’re ripe and sweet.
  • Blend in short bursts to keep the texture thick and not watery.
  • Add a splash of water or juice if it’s too thick to pour.
