In a blender, combine peach liqueur, frozen peaches, simple syrup, and ice. Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of champagne to loosen.
Gently stir in the remaining champagne.
Add grenadine to the bottom of a rocks glass.
Pour the peach mixture over the grenadine.
Garnish with a peach slice and cherry.
