Ingredients

  • 2 oz peach liqueur
  • 1/2 cup frozen peach slices
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 3 oz chilled champagne
  • 0.5 oz grenadine
  • Garnish: cherry and peach slice

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine peach liqueur, frozen peaches, simple syrup, and ice. Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of champagne to loosen.
  • Gently stir in the remaining champagne.
  • Add grenadine to the bottom of a rocks glass.
  • Pour the peach mixture over the grenadine.
  • Garnish with a peach slice and cherry.

Notes

Pro Tips

  • Freeze fresh peach slices ahead of time for the best flavor and texture.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup, depending on your taste or the ripeness of the peaches.
  • For extra fizz, top the glass with a splash more champagne just before serving.
