Raspberry Layer

Mango Layer

Garnish

  • Raspberry
  • Mango slice

Instructions

Blend the Raspberry Layer:

  • Add the raspberries, lime juice, tequila, Chambord, simple syrup, and ice to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a pitcher or bowl and rinse the blender.

Blend the Mango Layer:

  • Add the mango, lime juice, tequila, triple sec, simple syrup, and ice to the clean blender. Blend until smooth.

Build the Drink:

  • Pour the raspberry mix into a serving glass until halfway full. Carefully pour the mango mix on top to create layers.

Garnish and Serve:

  • Add a raspberry and mango slice on top. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Pro Tips

  • Let the raspberry layer sit in the freezer for 5–10 minutes if you want cleaner separation between layers.
  • If the mix is too thick to pour, add a splash of lime juice or water to thin it out.
  • Use ripe fruit for the best flavor.
