A riff on the Isle of Manhattan Fizz that substitutes Irish Whiskey for Gin and Almond Orgeat for Cream of Coconut.

Equipment

  • Highball

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Irish Whiskey
  • 1 oz. White Rum
  • 1 oz. Orgeat
  • 3/4 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 3/4 oz. Lime Juice
  • 3 Dashes Orange Blossum Water
  • Top with Soda Water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker (except for soda water)
  • Add ice and shake
  • Strain into a highball glass with ice
  • Top with soda water
