Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz sweetened hibiscus tea
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 2 slices fresh ginger
  • 2 oz gin
  • 0.5 oz white vermouth
  • Lemon twist for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the hibiscus tea, lemon juice, and ginger slices to a cocktail shaker.
  • Muddle the ginger firmly to release its flavor.
  • Pour in the gin and white vermouth, then fill the shaker with ice.
  • Shake thoroughly until well chilled.
  • Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with a twist of lemon.
