Ingredients

  • 2 oz cognac
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice

Instructions

  • Mix the Cocktail: In a shaker, combine cognac, lemon juice, carrot juice, simple syrup, and fresh tarragon.

  • Strain and Serve: Strain into the prepared coupe glass, using a fine mesh strainer if desired for a smoother texture.
