Ingredients
- 1.5 oz vodka
- 2 oz grapefruit juice
- 0.25 oz honey
- 3 fresh basil leaves finely chopped
- 2 oz sparkling water
- Sugar for rimming the glass
- Garnish: Grapefruit slice, lime slice and basil leaves
Instructions
- Run a grapefruit slice around the rim of a rocks glass and dip in sugar to coat.
- In a shaker, combine vodka, grapefruit juice, honey, and chopped basil.
- Add ice and shake well until chilled.
- Strain into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a grapefruit slice, lime slice and basil leaves.
