Ingredients

  • ½ cup guava chopped
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • 2 oz coconut water
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz cachaça
  • Garnish: lime slice guava slice, edible flower

Instructions

  • Blend chopped guava, lime juice, coconut water, and simple syrup until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove pulp and seeds.
  • Pour the strained liquid into a shaker with ice and shake until thoroughly chilled.
  • Fill a highball glass with crushed ice and pour the mixture over it.
  • Garnish with a lime slice, guava slice, and edible flower.

  • Use ripe, soft guava for easier blending and fuller flavor.
  • Shake vigorously to ensure a cold, well-mixed drink.
  • If fresh guava isn't available, guava nectar can work as a substitute, though it may be sweeter.
