Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 3 oz ruby red grapefruit juice
  • 3 oz chilled agua de Jamaica hibiscus tea
  • Salt for rimming
  • Hibiscus petals for garnish

Instructions

  • Rub the lime wedge around the rim of your glass.
  • Dip the rim into a shallow plate of salt to coat.
  • Fill the glass with ice.
  • Pour in the vodka and grapefruit juice.
  • Top with chilled agua de Jamaica.
  • Stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with hibiscus petals.
