  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the rum, orgeat syrup, simple syrup, lime juice, pomegranate juice, pineapple juice, and aromatic bitters.
  • Fill the shaker with crushed ice, cover tightly, and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds, until the outside of the shaker is frosty.
  • Strain the mixture into a glass filled with crushed ice.
  • Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a handful of pomegranate arils for a festive touch. Serve immediately.
