Ingredients

  • 3 oz cucumber juice
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 0.5 oz honey syrup
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • Sprite to top
  • Cucumber or lemon slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Add cucumber juice, honey syrup, vodka, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.
  • Fill with ice and shake until chilled.
  • Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with Sprite and stir gently.
  • Garnish with a cucumber or lemon slice.

Pro Tips

  • Use fresh cucumber juice if you can it makes a big difference.
  • To make honey syrup: mix equal parts honey and warm water until fully blended.
  • For a stronger cucumber flavor, muddle a few cucumber slices in the shaker before adding liquids.
