- 1.5 oz blanco tequila
- 0.5 oz melon liqueur
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz agave syrup
- 2 oz honeydew purée
- 1 large egg white
- Garnish: Melon balls
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds to build the foam.
Add ice and shake again for another 30 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with melon balls.
