Pour the orange juice over the ice, filling the glass about three-quarters full.
Add Grenadine:
Slowly pour the grenadine into the glass. It will sink to the bottom and gradually rise to mix with the juice, creating a gradient effect.
Float the Gin:
Gently pour the Empress Gin over the back of a spoon or through a bar spoon to float it on top of the orange juice. The gin’s distinct indigo color will create a beautiful top layer.
Garnish:
Garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry on a skewer or simply resting on top.
Serve:
Serve immediately to enjoy the stunning color layers. Stir before drinking to mix the flavors, if desired.
