Ingredients

Instructions

Prepare the Glass:

  • Fill a highball glass with ice cubes to chill.

Add Orange Juice:

  • Pour the orange juice over the ice, filling the glass about three-quarters full.

Add Grenadine:

  • Slowly pour the grenadine into the glass. It will sink to the bottom and gradually rise to mix with the juice, creating a gradient effect.

Float the Gin:

  • Gently pour the Empress Gin over the back of a spoon or through a bar spoon to float it on top of the orange juice. The gin’s distinct indigo color will create a beautiful top layer.

Garnish:

  • Garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry on a skewer or simply resting on top.

Serve:

  • Serve immediately to enjoy the stunning color layers. Stir before drinking to mix the flavors, if desired.
