Irish Potato Martini

  • Take a martini glass and coat the rim with the vanilla frosting using a butterknife. Place the cinnamon sugar on a plate and spread it out. Dip the rim of the martini glass in the cinnamon sugar and set it aside.
  • Add the coconut vodka, RumChata, Amaretto, cinnamon simple syrup, and 1 oz cream of coconut to a shaker tin. Add ice and shake.
  • Strain the cocktail into the martini glass.
  • Take your shamrock cocktail pick, place an Irish Potato Candy on the pick and lay it along the rim of the martini glass.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your Irish Potato Martini!

  • Chill your glass before starting to maintain texture
  • Shake longer than usual to fully combine creamy ingredients
