Ingredients

  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 2 oz fruit punch syrup
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 tsp allspice berries
  • Garnish: maraschino cherry and pineapple wedge

Instructions

  • Add lime juice, fruit punch syrup, white rum, pineapple juice, and allspice berries to a shaker with ice.
  • Shake well for about 15 seconds to chill and mix.
  • Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a pineapple wedge.

Notes

  • Lightly crush the allspice berries before shaking to release more flavor.
  • Let the mix sit with the allspice for a few minutes before shaking if you want a stronger spice note.
