Kumquat Kombucha Margarita

- 2 oz tequila
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- 4 oz kombucha
- 2 kumquats thinly sliced
- 0.25 oz agave syrup
- Salt for rimming the glass
- Lime slice for garnish
Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip the rim in salt.
Add tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, agave syrup, and kumquat slices to a shaker with ice.
Shake well, about 10–15 seconds.
Strain into a salt-rimmed glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with kombucha and stir gently.
Garnish with a lime slice.
