Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz honey lavender syrup
  • Lavender sprig for garnish
  • Lemon wheel for garnish

Instructions

  • Shake the Cocktail: In a shaker filled with ice, combine gin, lemon juice, and honey lavender syrup.
  • Shake Well: Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain and Serve: Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
  • Garnish: Add a lavender sprig and a lemon wheel for a fragrant and elegant finish.
