Lavender Limoncello Sangria

Wine Glasses
- 1 bottle dry white wine Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio
- 1/2 cup Limoncello
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup lavender simple syrup
- 1–2 tbsp blueberry syrup for color + subtle flavor
- 1 lemon thinly sliced
- 1 orange thinly sliced
- 1 cup berries blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries
- 1–2 cups sparkling water or soda to top
- Fresh lavender sprigs for garnish
In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, limoncello, fresh lemon juice, and lavender syrup.
Add the sliced lemon wheels, orange wheels, and mixed berries.
Chill for 2–4 hours to let the flavors meld.
This is optional, but right before serving, add 1 tbsp blueberry syrup to give the sangria a soft purple/pink hue.
Top with sparkling water and gently stir to combine.
Fill a wine glass with ice and pour the sangria over top.
Spoon some of the fruit into the glass.
Garnish with a lavender sprig and a lemon wheel.
Pro Tips
- Use chilled wine before mixing to keep the drink fresh
- Do not skip the chill time it helps flavors blend together
- Add sparkling water last to keep the bubbles fresh
