This delightful drink combines sweet and tart flavors for a fun twist on a classic dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Limoncello liqueur
  • 1 oz. Whipped Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. lemonade or lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. half and half
  • Graham cracker crumbs for the rim
  • Lemon juice or simple syrup for rimming the glass

Instructions

Prepare the Martini Glass:

  • Begin by preparing your martini glass. Rub the rim of the glass with a little lemon juice or simple syrup. Then, dip the rim into graham cracker crumbs until it is nicely coated. Set aside.

Mix the Martini:

  • In a martini shaker, combine the Limoncello liqueur, Whipped Vodka, lemonade, and half and half.

Shake:

  • Add a handful of ice to the shaker. Close it tightly and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients thoroughly.

Serve:

  • Strain the martini mixture into your prepared glass. Be careful to pour the liquid in slowly so you don't disturb the graham cracker rim.
