Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz limoncello
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz horchata
  • 1 oz milk or cream
  • Garnish: lemon zest and lemon wheel
  • Rim: icing and crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  • Prepare the Rim: Coat the rim of a martini glass with icing, then dip into crushed graham crackers. Set aside in the freezer to chill.
  • Shake: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine vanilla vodka, limoncello, lemon juice, simple syrup, horchata, and milk or cream. Shake vigorously until well chilled and frothy.
  • Strain: Strain into the prepared martini glass.
  • Garnish: Top with lemon zest and add a lemon wheel for an eye-catching finish.
