- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 ounce lime juice or 1/2 lime cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 mango chunks
- 2 pineapple chunks
- 2 ounces white rum
- Club soda
- Mint sprig and lime wheel for garnish
Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice.
Add 2 more lime wedges and the sugar, and muddle again to release the lime juice.
Fill the glass with ice cubes and add the mango and pineapple chunks.
Pour the rum over the fruit and mint mixture.
Top off with club soda and stir well.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wheel.
