- 2 oz white rum
- 2 oz mango juice
- 0.75 oz simple syrup
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 3 dashes bitters
- 6 mint leaves

In a double old fashioned glass, muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup and lime juice to release the mint’s flavor.
Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice.
Pour in the white rum and mango juice.
Using a bar spoon, swizzle the ingredients by spinning the spoon between your palms until the mixture is well combined and frothy.
Add more crushed ice to fill the glass and top with 4 dashes of bitters.
Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a lime wheel. Serve immediately.
Pro Tips
- For the best results, muddle the mint gently to avoid bruising the leaves, which can release bitter flavors.
- Adjust the amount of bitters to your taste. A little goes a long way in balancing the sweetness of the mango.
- For a richer flavor, try using dark rum as a variation.
