  • 1 bottle dry white wine 750 ml
  • 2 oz honey
  • 8 oz club soda
  • 1/2 cup honeydew melon cubed
  • 1/2 cup cantaloupe melon cubed
  • 20 fresh mint leaves
  • Extra mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, gently muddle the mint leaves then add melon cubes.
  • Pour in the white wine and honey syrup. Stir to combine.
  • Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours, to let the flavors mix.
  • Right before serving, add club soda and stir gently.
  • Fill glasses with ice, pour in the sangria, and garnish with a sprig of mint.

Notes

Pro Tips

  • Choose a dry white wine like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio to balance the fruit and honey.
  • For more flavor, let it sit longer in the fridge before adding the soda.
  • Use chilled wine and soda to keep the sangria colder longer without watering it down.
