Servings: 8
- 1 bottle dry white wine 750 ml
- 2 oz honey
- 8 oz club soda
- 1/2 cup honeydew melon cubed
- 1/2 cup cantaloupe melon cubed
- 20 fresh mint leaves
- Extra mint sprigs for garnish
In a large pitcher, gently muddle the mint leaves then add melon cubes.
Pour in the white wine and honey syrup. Stir to combine.
Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours, to let the flavors mix.
Right before serving, add club soda and stir gently.
Fill glasses with ice, pour in the sangria, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
Pro Tips
-
Choose a dry white wine like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio to balance the fruit and honey.
-
For more flavor, let it sit longer in the fridge before adding the soda.
-
Use chilled wine and soda to keep the sangria colder longer without watering it down.
