Ingredients

  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 1.5 oz silver tequila
  • 0.5 oz Amaretto
  • 0.5 oz Peach Schnapps
  • 0.5 oz grenadine
  • 1 lime slice for garnish
  • 1 maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the Amaretto, Peach Schnapps, silver tequila, and pineapple juice.
  • Cover the shaker with the lid and shake vigorously until the mixture is well combined and the shaker feels cold to the touch.
  • Fill a tall glass with ice and pour the tequila cocktail mixture into the glass, leaving just enough room for the grenadine.
  • Slowly pour the grenadine down the side of the glass, allowing it to settle at the bottom and create a beautiful sunset effect.
  • Garnish the cocktail with a slice of lime and three maraschino cherries skewered on a cocktail toothpick.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your Mexican Sunset!
