- 1.75 oz mezcal
- 0.5 oz Cointreau
- 3.5 oz grapefruit juice
- 0.75 oz grenadine
- orange wedge for garnish
Instructions
- Fill your glass with ice.
- Pour mezcal, Cointreau, and juice directly into the glass. Stir gently.
- Slowly pour the grenadine down the side of the glass or over the back of a spoon it should settle at the bottom.
- Garnish with an orange wedge and serve without stirring to maintain the layered look.

- Want a less smoky version? Swap half the mezcal for tequila.
