Ingredients

For the Cookie Infused Vodka:

  • chocolate vodka we used Van Gogh 360 Double Chocolate vodka
  • chocolate chip cookies we used Chips Ahoy chunky chocolate chip cookies

Larger Batch Recipe: (makes 10 servings)

Instructions

For the Cookie Infused Vodka:

  • Take 3/4 of the bottle of vodka (562.5 ml or 19 oz) and blend it with 10 chocolate chip cookies in a food processor or blender for about 30 seconds. Do not strain, keep the cookie chunks and it will result in a delicious chocolate chip cookie vodka!

For the Milk N' Cookies Cocktail:

  • Add cookie vodka, dark creme de cocoa, condensed milk, white chocolate sauce, hazelnut syrup, and milk to a shaker. Add ice and shake until ingredients are well combined (about 10 seconds).
  • Strain the cocktail into your glass over fresh ice.
  • Add whipped cream on top, garnish with a chocolate chip cookie, and drizzle chocolate sauce on top.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your Milk N' Cookies cocktail!

For the Large Batch Recipe:

  • In a large pitcher or container, add cookie vodka, dark crème de cacao, condensed milk, white chocolate sauce, hazelnut syrup, and milk to a pitcher or bowl.
  • Whisk altogether to mix ingredients
  • Chill until serving time
  • When ready to serve, pour 4.5–5 oz per drink over fresh ice.
  • Top with whipped cream, a cookie, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.

  • Use very cold milk for a smoother finish.
  • Shake hard to blend the condensed milk and sauces evenly.
  • Add a pinch of salt to boost the chocolate flavor.
