Chill your wine glass in the freezer while preparing the cocktail.
Slice a grapefruit into wedges. Use a couple of slices for the fresh squeezed juice, and save the rest to garnish your glass.
Add the tequila, fresh grapefruit juice, fresh lime juice, and honey syrup to a shaker tin filled with ice. Shake all ingredients until well-chilled (about 10-12 seconds).
Take your wine glass out of the fridge and fill it with fresh ice. Strain the cocktail over fresh ice.
Top with prosecco and stir everything together.
Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and enjoy the Mom's Day Off Spritz!
