Ingredients
- 1.5 oz vodka
- 1 oz melon liqueur
- 1 oz limoncello
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- Sprite to top
- Honey for rim
- Red food coloring for rim
- Blueberry "Eyeball" ice cubes*
- Ping Pong Eyeballs for decor
Blueberry “Eyeball” Ice Cubes:
- 1 Pint of blueberries
- Round ice cube tray
Instructions
- Place one fresh blueberry into each compartment of a round ice cube tray.
Fill with water and cover with the lid.
Freeze overnight, then pop out and add to your drinks just before serving.
Instructions
- Add the vodka, melon liqueur, limoncello, lime juice, and simple syrup to a shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake until chilled.
- Pour the honey onto a small plate and mix in 1–2 drops of red food coloring to create the “blood.” Dip the rim of your glass into the honey mixture.
- Place the blueberry “eyeballs” around the rim of the glass.
- Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
Notes
Pro Tips
- For an even more vibrant green hue, add a touch more melon liqueur.
- Chill the glass beforehand to keep the cocktail colder for longer.
- If you can’t find candy eyeballs, a slice of lime with a black olive placed in the center can serve as a fun, monster-themed garnish.
