Discover the Nicolaschka, a one-of-a-kind drink made by mixing brandy, lemon, sugar, and coffee for a strong but smooth taste.

Equipment

  • Brandy Snifter
  • Knife to slice the lemon
  • Teaspoon for the sugar and coffee

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. brandy
  • 1 lemon slice
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of ground coffee

Instructions

  • Pour the brandy into a brandy snifter.
  • Place the lemon slice on top of the glass.
  • Sprinkle the powdered sugar over the lemon.
  • Add the ground coffee on top of the sugar.
  • Enjoy by sipping the brandy and then eating the lemon slice.
