Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz peach puree
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- peach slices for garnish
- Lime wheel for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Peach Puree:
- Peel and pit a ripe peach.
- Cut the peach into chunks and place them in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the puree through a fine mesh strainer to remove any solids.
Mix the Cocktail:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add 2 oz of gin, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, 1 oz of peach puree, and1/2 oz of simple syrup to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Serve:
- Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a fresh peach slice and a lime wheel.
