Try a refreshing Peach Gin Fizz with peach syrup, gin, and club soda. Garnish with peaches and blueberries.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 oz peach simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz gin
  • A pinch of superfine sugar
  • Club soda
  • Peach slices and blueberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add peach simple syrup, gin, and a pinch of superfine sugar to the shaker.
  • Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
  • Top off the drink with club soda.
  • Garnish with peach slices and blueberries.
