Ingredients

  • 3 medium fresh mint leaves
  • 2 ounces bourbon whiskey
  • 1/2 ounce ginger liqueur
  • 2 1/2 ounces peach nectar
  • Club soda to top off
  • Peach slices optional for garnish
  • Mint sprig optional for garnish

Instructions

  • Tear the mint leaves with your hands and place them into a cocktail shaker. Lightly muddle the mint a few times to release its aroma and flavor.
  • Add the bourbon whiskey, ginger liqueur, peach nectar, and about 10 ice cubes into the shaker.
  • Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled.
  • Fill a glass cup with 4 to 5 ice cubes.
  • Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass, leaving some room at the top.
  • Top off the drink with a splash of club soda, and give it a quick stir to combine.
  • Garnish with fresh peach slices and a sprig of mint for a touch of elegance. Serve immediately.
