Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 0.75 oz marshmallow syrup
  • 1 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1.5 oz cream or milk
  • 1 drop food coloring to match Peep garnish
  • Marshmallow fluff for rimming
  • Colored sprinkles for rimming
  • Peep candy for garnish

Instructions

  • Rim the Glass: Dip the rim of a martini glass in marshmallow fluff, then into colored sprinkles. Set aside.
  • Shake the Cocktail: In a shaker filled with ice, combine vanilla vodka, marshmallow syrup, Baileys, cream or milk, and a drop of food coloring. Shake well until chilled and frothy.
  • Strain: Strain into the prepared martini glass.
  • Garnish: Perch a Peep on the rim or skewer it on a cocktail pick for a playful finish.
