- 2 ounces tequila silver or blanco works best
- 1 ounce lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1/2 ounce triple sec or another orange-flavored liqueur
- 1 ounce pineapple juice fresh or bottled
- 1 ounce coconut cream
- Pineapple slices and lime wheel for garnish
- Salt or sugar to rim the glass (optional)
Mix the Cocktail:
In a shaker, combine the tequila, lime juice, triple sec, pineapple juice, and coconut cream.
Fill the shaker with ice, covering the liquid.
Shake well for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and slightly frothy from the coconut cream.
Serve:
Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass, filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a lime wheel on the rim.
